Ticket Booking & Entry

1) All bookings are subject to slot availability and confirmation.

2) A unique Booking ID will be generated upon successful booking. Please keep it safe.

3) The visitor must carry a valid photo ID (as provided during booking) for verification. Mismatch may result in denied entry.

4) Children below 6 years are allowed free entry but must be accompanied by an adult.

5) Each ticket is valid only for the selected date and time slot.

6) Entry is permitted only once per booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) Tickets once booked are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2) In exceptional cases (e.g., force majeure, site closure), management reserves the right to cancel a booking and process refunds within 7 working days.

Access Control

1) Some parts of the digital tour content are geofenced and will be accessible only inside the Fort premises.

2) An access code will be provided with the ticket. This must be entered to unlock restricted content.

Conduct

1) Visitors are expected to maintain decorum and follow heritage site rules.

2) Any damage to property or misconduct will result in ejection and legal action if necessary.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
