At Vijay Durg Heritage Walk, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our visitors. However, please carefully review the cancellation and refund guidelines before making a booking.

General Policy

1) All confirmed bookings are final and non-cancellable.

2) No refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed, except under exceptional circumstances (see Refund Exceptions below).

3) Date or slot changes are not permitted once a ticket has been booked.

4) Visitors are advised to review all details carefully before completing the booking.

Refund Exceptions

1) If an event or visit is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be processed automatically within 7-10 working days.

2) In case of double payment or technical payment failures, refunds will be initiated after verification.

Defence/School Groups

1) Bookings made by Defence personnel or School/College groups are also non-cancellable once confirmed.

2) Special consideration for cancellations (only due to administrative orders or force majeure events) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show Policy

1) If a visitor fails to arrive at the scheduled time slot, the booking will be treated as forfeited.

2) No refunds or reschedules will be provided for no-shows.

Cancellation Due to Verification Failure

1) If any visitor fails to produce valid ID proof (for defence, school, or individual category) during verification, entry may be denied without any refund.

2) Visitors must ensure all information provided at booking is accurate and verifiable.

Refund Timeline

1) Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

2) Vijay Durg Heritage Walk is not responsible for any additional delays caused by the banking/payment gateway partners.
